To display all of your available shipping services, click on the 'Settings' link at the top right of any page within ChannelShipper.
Please note, if you are unable to view the 'Settings' link, your account may not have administrator permissions. Please contact your account administrator.
Next, click the 'Shipping services' tile.
Your 'Shipping services' page will load open displaying all of your available services within ChannelShipper.
Please not in our example, we have used the Shipping services page from a Personal account. Available services for Online Business Accounts may vary depending on your service agreements.
Favourite: To set a service as a 'Favourite', click the grey circle icon in the 'Favourite' column in the row belonging to the service you would like to select. The icon will turn green, as shown in our example above.
Your favourite services will always appear first during the 'Apply postage' stage of order processing. You can undo this action at any time.
Hidden: If you do not wish for a particular service to appear during the 'Apply postage' stage of order processing, you can choose to hide it. Click the grey circle icon in the 'Hidden' column in the row belonging to the service you would like to select. The icon will turn green, as shown in our example above. You can undo this action at any time.
Include Tracked Returns (OBA accounts only): Select this option if you would like a Tracked Returns label to be automatically produced for every order with the chosen service applied. For more information, please see this guide: How to create tracked returns labels (Online Business Account customers).
Please note that order imports and shipping rules will not be affected by this action.
